Technical support – Västerås, Sweden

Your tasks

You will work in a great team supporting our dealers with technical solutions based on our world-leading products. The work is very varied and together with colleagues, find solutions and have daily contact with customers across the value chain which can be simple enquiries to complex projects over several months.

Your profile and personal qualities

Industrial robots are increasing in number and applications and we are looking for someone who is service-oriented and has a deep and genuine technical interest in several areas.

You are responsible and like to keep in touch, solve problems and together with colleagues find the best solution for the customer.

We believe that you want to be stationary here in the Västerå area but don’t mind occasionally visiting customers and installations to get a real sense of how our products and customers work first hand. You are self-driven and appreciate planning your work on your own.

Education and experience

We believe that you have secondary education with a technical focus You have experience with industrial robots through work such as field service, built and installed robot cells or responsible in robot-based production. You can handle PC computers and MS office365 together with our business system, will be your main tool.

You have a B driving licence and are fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English. Additional language skills are an advantage.

Form of employment: Full-time, until further notice.

Location: Västerås, Sweden

Start date: As soon as possible or by arrangement
